Isn't this just ChatGPT?
No. ChatGPT is a chat window you open and close. What gets installed is a system that runs in the background: it remembers your business, preps your meetings before you ask, drafts your recurring work, and runs the specific workflows you define. Think of the difference between a search engine and an employee who already knows your business.
What happens to my data, and who can see it?
It runs in your own accounts, on your own machine or infrastructure. Nobody at Executive Stack holds your data, hosts it, or has standing access to it after the install is done. The system does call outside AI providers, Anthropic or OpenAI, to do its thinking, the same way any AI tool does, and that's disclosed plainly up front. You'll get a plain-language walkthrough of exactly what leaves your machine before anything is installed.
What if my IT department blocks this?
Worth checking before we quote a timeline. It needs outbound access to your AI provider's API. A locked-down corporate firewall blocking that is the single most common thing that stalls a build, so we ask about your IT setup before scheduling, not after.
How is this different from just hiring an ops person?
An ops hire costs a full salary, takes weeks to recruit and months to fully train, and can leave and take the institutional knowledge with them. This costs a fraction of that, is working within weeks, and everything it knows lives in a memory system you own. It's not a replacement for judgment calls only a human should make. What happens if I want to stop?
You keep everything. The system runs on your own accounts and your own machine, so there's nothing to hand back. Cancel the retainer with 30 days' written notice and it keeps running as-is, or stops getting maintained, your call. Nothing about this locks you in.
Is this secure? What controls are in place?
High-risk actions, deleting files, disabling backups or encryption, sending money, pushing changes outside your system, are blocked or require your explicit sign-off automatically, every time, enforced in code outside the AI's own judgment. It can't be talked out of that by a bad prompt, a bad instruction buried in an email, or its own reasoning in the moment. That enforcement layer is adversarially tested against real bypass attempts before it ever reaches your system, and every high-risk action it catches is written to a tamper-evident log you can review. On top of that: least-privilege access only, a verified backup before any change is made, the system defaults to draft and read-only mode, and every engagement carries a signed agreement and bound insurance before any hands-on work starts.
